Finding the "perfect next opportunity" takes time. I remember searching 11 months for an opportunity. Within the 11 months’, I didn't receive responses from many of my applications, nor reasons why I wasn't selected, and I was offered positions that were not the best fit for my career’s trajectory (I did not take them). What did I do in the meantime? I consistently updated my resume, continued ongoing training, and gained more experience with stretch exercises. Trust the process……Your opportunity is being created…..
