Common Questions

  • How long does it take to receive my updated resume?

    There is a seven business day turnaround for resumes. Entry-Level, Junior- Level, and Student Resumes typically take a shorter time period. 

  • What are your business hours?

    Consultations may be booked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30- 8 PM, and Satuday from 9 AM- 5 PM. 

  • What skillets are you targeting?

    Our specialty is Retail Management, Service Management, Project Management, and Information Technology. Moreover, MACOTAY Solutions LLC is equipped to review all career paths. 

  • How do I pay for/ book your service?

    After submitting your request to book a consultation, select the "Step 2:  Reserve your Consultation Date and Checkout" button. You will be directed to the booking page to schedule and pay for your service. All Service Packages and Interview Consultations require a $20 holding fee. The remaining balance of the service will be charged when the Consultation begins. Resume and services will not be delivered if payment is not complete.

  • What about extra resumes?

    On the booking website, you are able to select a service package with an extra resume option. The cost is $50/ per additional resume. 

  • Do you offer rush services?

    Rush services may be selected based on availability. There is a $50 rush service fee that will be added to any service package.  Rush Services will take 2-3 Business days. Resume and services will not be delivered if payment is not complete.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least  1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

    The free consultation includes an overview of our process, and avenues that can be taken to enhance your job search.
